Whortleberry Press to print “Hoofbeats on the Rooftop”
The kids are back in school, the Chicago Bears are back to playing games that count, and the leaves have even started turning subtle hues of yellow if you look hard enough. It might still feel like summer, just like the calendar is insisting, but the holidays are coming, sure as shootin’, Tex.
I wrote a story last November called “Hoofbeats on the Rooftop” about a boy who didn’t believe in Santa Claus, and tried to ruin his brother’s Christmas by telling him. Let’s just say that by the end of the story, he believes again, but not for the reasons you might think. “Hoofbeats on the Rooftop” is not a cuddly, warm-and-fuzzy Christmas story.
I bring all this up because Whortleberry Press just picked up the story for their Christmas Angels anthology. And the best news? It’s slated for release October 15, so you don’t have that long to wait.

Certainly not your warm fuzzy Christmas story! So where can I get a copy? On Amazon?

My brother suggested I might like this web site. He was totally right.
