Meet me in St. Louis
MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS isn’t just a musical starring Judy Garland, it’s also a capital idea! I’ll be signing copies of LOSING TOUCH at ConTamination DEFCON 4 over the weekend, and I’m bringing C. Bryan Brown with me. (Actually, we’re meeting there, but that just doesn’t sound as cool.)
You’ll find us at the Post Mortem Press table, where Brown will be signing copies of his own novel, NECROMANCER, a dark urban fantasy about a dirty cop who’s only crooked so he can provide a better life for his daughter.
During the murder investigation of a local bank president, Torrin McGlynn and his partner find themselves entangled in a world they never knew existed–and the term ‘underworld’ doesn’t even start to describe it.
Added bonus for all you St. Louisanites–Brown is from the Gateway City, and he set his novel there. So if you’re from old Archie, you’ll groove on all the local nods, and if you’re just visiting, hell, I can’t think of a more appropriate souvenir.
So meet me in St. Louis. Or more specifically, meet me at ConTamination DEFCON 4. The dealer room is open 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. This year’s event is being held at the Holiday Inn South County Center, 6921 S. Lindbergh Blvd. in St. Louis.
