Written Backwards has accepted two more stories for its upcoming sci-fi/horror anthology, QUALIA NOUS, which will also feature my own “Cataldo’s Copy”. Editor Michael Bailey’s latest selections are “Kilroy Wasn’t There” by Pat R. Steiner and “Good and Faithful Servant” by Thomas F. Monteleone.

Monteleone, a four-time Bram Stoker Award® winner, is the author of THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB, winner of The New York Times Notable Book of the Year Award, has edited five editions of the BORDERLANDS anthology series, penned “The Cutty Black Sow” for TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE, and is a regular contributor to CEMETERY DANCE MAGAZINE.

Pat R. Steiner is the author of “The Shoe Tree” (CHIRAL MAD), “Original Skin” (COVER OF DARKNESS), “Road Kill Counting Book” (FOUR IN THE HOLE), the 2011 novella, THE WHITE HART, and the 2014 novel, ENLARGE YOUR TENTACLES, OVERNIGHT!.

Previous acceptances for QUALIA NOUS include “The Vaporization Enthalpy of a Peculiar Pakistani Family” by Usman Tanveer Malik and “In the Nothing-Space, I Am What You Made Me” by Paul Anderson, editor-in-chief of the Post Mortem Press print magazine, JAMAIS VU: THE JOURNAL OF STRANGE AMONG THE FAMILIAR.
