BLEED is “to the point”
Sometimes you can judge a book by its cover, even in this day-and-age of thumbnail internet cataloging. Pat from Orange, Texas wrote in his Amazon review that he was a “happy customer” after buying and reading BLEED, an anthology from Perpetual Motion Machine Publishing that benefits the National Children’s Cancer Society.
Pat wrote that with BLEED, which features my short story, “The Funeral Portrait”, “what you see is what you get. I am not much into reading anthologies, but this one caught my eye. I am a sucker for cover art, and this cover reminded me of something you would see in an indie horror film, and I love me some b-movie horror. And having seen that in the cover, that [is] what I got. Happy customer.”
