CHILD OF THE HEART writer joins B&N author lineup
Bernice Willms, author of the mystery CHILD OF THE HEART, has joined the roster of authors for Summer Author’s Day, this Saturday at the Barnes & Noble in Racine.
CHILD OF THE HEART is about a teenager fighting to clear the name of her intellectually-challenged uncle, who stands accused of murder.
I’ll be signing copies of my own book, LOSING TOUCH (and any others that you want me to sign, because hey–who am I to judge?), and participating in the author’s panel beginning at 11:30.
Ann Marie Pilot will moderate the Q&A with the following:
- Michael Matula (author of TRY NOT TO BURN)
- Richard Thomas (editor of THE NEW BLACK)
- Anita Meyer (author of THE PRIMORDIAL LANGUAGE)
- Carol Schaufel (author of BY THE GRACE OF GOD AND YOU)
- Christian A. Larsen (author of LOSING TOUCH)
- Diana Kanecki (author of SUMMER LOVE)
- George Fennell (author of RACINE, WISCONSIN)
- J. Michael Major (author of ONE MAN’S CASTLE)
- JoBe Cerny (author of RED CIN)
- Marcie Eanes (author of PASSION’S ZEST)
- Bernice Willms (author of CHILD OF THE HEART)
From 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., young adult writer Stacey Kade (author of THE HUNT) will be hosting a workshop for attendees, and from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., readers and authors will mingle during the ‘open house’ portion of the program, signing copies of their books.
This Saturday, come kick the tires on a new author, because there’s bound to be something right up your alley, whether you like horror, mystery, history, thrillers, theology, or memoirs. If you like to read, you’re going to love what Barnes & Noble in Racine has in store for you.
