Barnes & Noble Horrorfest lineup confirmed
A week before Halloween, the night of the new moon on October 24th, head to Barnes & Noble in Racine for Horrorfest 2014. I’ll be a part of the authors’ panel between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., talking about LOSING TOUCH and writing horror.
The authors’ panel participants have been confirmed, and will include some of the most terrifying writers in southeast Wisconsin. This year, the discussion will be a bit less formal, with an open dialogue about horror and personal connections to horror culture.
Since it will be less formal, the panel will also include some audience participation, so you could be starting the week leading up to Halloween talking about horror with these fine folks between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.:
- Christine Verstraete (GIRL Z: MY LIFE AS A TEENAGE ZOMBIE)
- David Benton (AWKWARD SILENCES)
- Christian A. Larsen (LOSING TOUCH)
- W.D. Gagliani (WOLF’S TRAP)
- Linda Godfrey (AMERICAN MONSTERS)
From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Godfrey will be discussing her latest release, and will answer questions from the crowd about her experiences and what inspires her. If you’re in southeast Wisconsin the evening of October 24th, you won’t want to miss this.

Well, you personally are a lovely person … it’s the zombie fiction to which I was referring. 🙂
