CPFF spotlight: TRUE CRIME PARANORMAL
For one harrowing year in the late 80s the New Bedford Highway Killer murdered at least nine women in southeast Massachusetts. The killer has never been identified, but in the feature-length documentary TRUE CRIME PARANORMAL: FREETOWN, ghost hunters Rachel Hoffman and Tina Storer use paranormal evidence to attempt to track down the person responsible for these deaths.
TRUE CRIME PARANORMAL: FREETOWN is just one of a dozen films screening tomorrow at the Chicago Paranormal Film Fest. Just $10 at the door gets you in for every single feature, short, and documentary, as well as access to the vendors’ room, where I’ll be signing copies of the anthologies QUALIA NOUS and LOST IN THE WITCHING HOUR, as well as my novel, LOSING TOUCH.
The Chicago Paranormal Film Festival begins at 9:30 tomorrow morning at Carl Schurz High School, and the last movie starts at 5:10. Buy your $10 tickets at the door, or donate a new, unwrapped toy or two non-perishable food items for free admission to this all-day event full of movies, books, exhibits, and more.
