SHRIEKS AND SHIVERS officially released today!
Copies are already shipping, but today is the official release date for SHRIEKS AND SHIVERS (Post Mortem Press), the latest anthology from The Horror Zine, edited by Jeani Rector. The anthology, featuring my short story, “Center Stage Sideshow” is available now in Kindle, paperback, and limited edition hardcover.
In his advance review for Hellnotes, David Goudsward says “Rector gleefully bounces from haunted castles to sideshow freaks, from parasitophobics to somniphobics, and from organ harvesting to suicidal sky divers. Even when the standard beasties such as zombies, ghosts, lycanthropes, and witches appear, they are new twists, not the same tired tropes.”
Bram Stoker Award®-winner Bentley Little (THE SUMMONING) offers the foreword, and screenwriter, director, and novelist John Russo (NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD) contributes the introduction to the following stories by some of the best emerging and established talent in the field:
- “Tapeworm” by Martin Rose
