Hey, Chicago horror fans … get a load of The Dead Walk Fest on March 28th and 29th at Schurz High School. I’ll be signing copies of my novel, LOSING TOUCH, the Bram Stoker Award®-nominated anthology QUALIA NOUS, and SHRIEKS & SHIVERS, featuring my short story, “Center Stage Sideshow”, which touches on the undead motif of the event.
Burial Day Books, publishers of the Gothic Blue Book series, will also have a presence, and will be selling copies of GOTHIC BLUE BOOK IV: THE FOLKLORE EDITION, featuring a story by THE WALKING DEAD novelist Jay Bonansinga.
In addition to the vendor’s room, you’ll be able to enjoy all the films, the zombie walk inside the building, the zombie costume contest, and the makeup effects workshop presented by Joe Mistretta. Saturday and Sunday passes are $7.00, weekend passes are $12.00, and the workshop is just $20.00. The zombie walk and costume contest on Sunday are included in the price of admission.
